From time to time ArtEx will conduct novel online Dutch auctions, enabling clients to make purchases at the best possible price. A Dutch auction differs from the usual auctions in that the seller starts with a higher price. This price is reduced by a specified amount every period until a bidder accepts the price and closes the deal.
The advantage of this system is that it is a very lively online auction process and ensures that buyers inspect the auction office every day rather than waiting for the last few minutes of the auction to place their bids.
